All queries related to features, modifications, customizations, and payments must be sent via email to receive a formal quote and confirmation. While telephonic discussions are welcome, an official email acknowledgment is mandatory for validation.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
Before the project begins, any modifications in features, layout, or design must be emailed to us for approval and a revised quotation. Once the project has started, any additional changes or feature requests will be billed separately.
3. Payment Terms
Pahle Sikho offers creative design and branding services only after 100% advance payment. No work will commence unless full payment is received and confirmed.
4. “As-Is” Service Delivery
All services and designs are delivered on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee features that were not explicitly mentioned in the service description. Claims regarding missing features, comparisons with competitors, or unmet expectations will not be entertained.
5. Refund Policy
Pahle Sikho does not sell pre-made services—every project is custom-built. Hence, all payments made towards design and branding services are non-refundable under any circumstance.
6. Branding Rights
Pahle Sikho reserves the right to place branding credits or identity marks on any design or service created and delivered by us.
7. Customization Charges
All types of customization—whether minor or major—will incur additional charges. Clients cannot claim free revisions or changes citing the initial payment or prior agreements.
8. Service Updates
We do not guarantee free updates for future service improvements or new features. Update pricing will vary based on the nature of the update and is subject to change.
9. Portfolio Use
Pahle Sikho reserves the right to include any designs or branding work completed by us in our portfolio or client list, and display them on our website or marketing material.
10. No Liability
Pahle Sikho shall not be held liable for any loss of data, business disruption, or damage caused directly or indirectly through our services. Users interact with and use our services entirely at their own discretion and risk.

12. No Warranty

15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
The place of jurisdiction is Jalandhar, Punjab, which is the business headquarters of Pahle Sikho. Legal disputes arising from or related to our services will be governed by the laws applicable within India.
Pahle Sikho End User License Agreement (EULA)
- “Design” or “Service” refers to any branding, graphic, or web-related output delivered to the client.
- “Licensor” refers to Pahle Sikho, and “Licensee” refers to the client purchasing the design or service.
- By purchasing and using our service, you agree to abide by all terms stated in this agreement.
Refusal of Service
Pahle Sikho reserves the right to refuse or terminate service and support in cases involving abuse, libel, harassment, or unethical behavior.
Illegal Use & Distribution
Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or misuse of our designs/services will be prosecuted under applicable law. We retain full rights to take legal action.
Disclaimer & Liability
Our services are provided without any warranties—express or implied. Pahle Sikho is not responsible for:
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Loss of profits or business
Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client under the current agreement.
